Shredder introduction:
Double-shaft shredder is an efficient and durable industrial-grade shredder, mainly used to process various types of solid waste, such as metal, plastic, straw, wood, tires, electronic waste, waste household appliances, etc. Its core feature is the dual-shaft low-speed high-torque design, combined with replaceable alloy cutters, to achieve shearing, tearing and extrusion crushing of materials. Compared with traditional crushing equipment, its unique two-shaft staggered design can achieve the composite effect of shearing, tearing and extrusion of materials. Double-shaft shredders are widely used in renewable resource recycling, garbage pretreatment, industrial production waste treatment and other fields.
Features:
1. The dual-shaft staggered design rotates in opposite directions, and the cutters interlock to achieve the triple crushing effect of "shearing + tearing + extrusion".
2. It is welded with high-strength steel plates, with a box thickness of 20-50mm, and the overall quenching treatment eliminates welding stress, and the deformation resistance capacity reaches more than 500 tons
3. Single cutter can be disassembled independently for easy maintenance.
4. Protective cover can be added according to Tonten machinery customer requirements to ensure safe operation.
5. Adjustable screen: The particle size of the discharge material can be adjusted from 10 to 100 mm to meet different needs.
