Working principle of jaw crusher:
The jaw crusher achieves crushing through the relative movement between a movable jaw and a fixed jaw. The material to be crushed enters the crushing chamber of the jaw crusher through the feed port.
When the movable jaw moves downward, the movable jaw and the fixed jaw form a wedge-shaped crushing chamber, and the material is periodically squeezed in the chamber, gradually reducing its size. The liner tooth design generates lateral shear force to help the material cleave and crush. When the movable jaw moves upward, the crushed material is squeezed toward the fixed jaw. The crushed material is discharged through the discharge port. Large particles are crushed first in the upper part of the crushing chamber. The crushed material undergoes secondary crushing when it moves downward to ensure uniform discharge.
