The SSCH22-15000-30000 hydraulic transmission system dynamometer test bench is designed specifically for the aviation and high-end hydraulics industries. It integrates a high-speed aviation hydraulic pump, a 22kW high-speed electric dynamometer, a multi-mode load module, and an intelligent measurement and control system. It enables comprehensive performance testing of hydraulic components under high-pressure (35MPa), high-speed (30,000r/min), and variable-load conditions. The system supports bidirectional energy transfer (electrical dynamometer power return efficiency >85%) and, when combined with a remote control module, enables unmanned testing. It covers performance calibration, durability verification, and fault simulation of hydraulic pumps, actuators, and other components, meeting the high-precision testing needs of the aviation and high-end industrial hydraulics industries.

1) High-speed aviation hydraulic pump: Rated pressure 35MPa, flow rate 20L/min, adapted to aviation-grade hydraulic media, with high-pressure stability, can simulate the core power source working conditions of the aircraft hydraulic system, and provide a continuous high-pressure oil source for the load module;
2) Fuel tank module: Available volume 70L, boost adjustment range 0-0.5MPa, negative pressure adjustment range -0.1-0MPa, can accurately control the oil pressure environment, avoid oil cavitation, and ensure oil cleanliness and stability under high-pressure conditions;
3) 22kW electric dynamometer: The core power test unit, capable of stepless speed regulation from 0-30,000 rpm, supports 150% overload operation, precisely controls torque through electromagnetic loading, and simultaneously recovers test power back to the grid.
4) Torque and speed sensor: Torque range 50Nm, speed range 30,000r/min, accuracy level ≤0.1% FS, real-time acquisition of hydraulic pump/motor torque and speed data, providing a highly reliable data source for performance calculations;
5) Variable frequency inverter system: Adopts direct torque control (DTC) with a control accuracy of ±0.01Hz; operating temperature range is 0°C to 40°C, protection level is IP54, and it can operate at full load at altitudes below 1000m with a noise level of ≤80dB, ensuring stable operation in harsh industrial environments;
