90kW Diesel Engine Dynamometer Test Bench with 0.05%FS Accuracy

The diesel engine electric dynamometer test bench system uses an AC electric dynamometer as its test core and is equipped with an imported four-quadrant active variable frequency inverter system as its controller. It can operate in four quadrants and directly feed energy back into the grid. The XLE-1000 measurement and control system serves as the control core, automatically completing test cycles defined by regulations and purchasers.

• GB17691-2018: National mandatory standard for pollutant emission limits and measurement methods for heavy-duty diesel vehicles, specifically for emission testing of diesel engines.
• GB/T 18297-2024: National recommended standard for automobile engine performance test methods, applicable to all types of automobile engines (including diesel and gasoline engines).
• GB/T 17692-2024: National recommended standard for test methods of net power of automobile engines and drive motors, applicable to all types of automobile engines (including diesel and gasoline engines).

1. Electric dynamometer: The main unit of the electric dynamometer is an AC motor, and its output end uses a German HBM brand torque flange for torque measurement.
2. Variable frequency inverter system: Uses ABB's ACS880 series frequency conversion controller. It adopts direct torque control technology (DTC) and it, together with the electric dynamometer, provides a high-performance and cost-effective solution for engine testing.
3. XLE1000 measurement and control system and control software: Seelong XLE1000 measurement and control system software is a dedicated measurement and control software that integrates control and data processing.
4. Data acquisition system: Contains temperature, pressure and other sensors and supporting modules to collect relevant parameters of various engine components.
5. Coolant constant temperature device: Adopts closed loop structure design, PLC control, can set and control the engine water inlet temperature.
6. Transient fuel consumption meter system: Can measure instantaneous and average fuel consumption, meeting steady-state, transient and dynamic testing requirements.
7. Opacimeter: Uses AVL opacimeter.
8. Electronic throttle: Dual voltage output, adjustable range 0-5V, 0-2.5V.
9. Blow-by meter: Double tank type, choose portable installation or installing it by suspending it onto the cantilever.
