The multi-head weigher plays a crucial role in the quantitative weighing process. First, the materials enter the feeding hopper. The main vibrating plate vibrates to distribute the materials to the linear vibrating tray. When the materials in the linear vibrating tray are insufficient, it automatically senses and feeds more materials. The linear vibrator drives the linear vibrating tray to vibrate, sending the materials to each hopper. Subsequently, the motor controls the opening of the hopper door, allowing the materials to enter the weighing hopper. The weight signal generated by the sensor is transmitted to the mainboard of the control device. The CPU uses the principle of permutation and combination to automatically optimize the calculation and precisely select the combination of weighing hoppers closest to the target weight. When it receives the feeding request signal from the packaging machine, the selected weighing hopper will discharge the materials, sending the detergent blocks to the packaging station. Its intelligent combined weighing technology can achieve extremely high weighing accuracy, effectively avoiding product quality problems caused by weight errors and strictly controlling the core of product quality.

 

Pre-made Bag Packaging Machine: Efficient Packaging Process, Enhancing Production Efficiency

The pre-made bag packaging machine starts with bag picking. The mechanical device precisely picks up one bag from the stacked bags and sends it to the designated position. Then, mechanical or pneumatic devices are used to open the bag. It seamlessly connects with the multi-head weigher, quickly filling the quantitatively weighed detergent blocks into the bag. Subsequently, sealing technologies such as heat sealing are applied to ensure that the bag is tightly sealed and prevent material leakage. After packaging is completed, important information such as the production date, batch number, and shelf life can be accurately printed on the bag. Finally, the packaged products are smoothly outputted. The entire packaging process is completed in one smooth operation, not only with high packaging efficiency but also stable packaging quality, greatly enhancing the production efficiency of enterprises.
