Thrust tapered roller bearings are engineered to provide a compact axial design while maintaining outstanding load-bearing performance. Capable of handling extremely high axial loads, these bearings offer excellent rigidity and reliable resistance to impact loading. They are available in both single-direction and double-direction designs to meet various application requirements. Special screw-retained configurations are designed as single-direction thrust bearings and feature a full roller complement.
The tapered roller geometry enables true rolling motion between the rolling elements and raceways. Since the roller and raceway generatrices converge at a common point along the bearing axis, friction is minimized, allowing these bearings to operate at higher speeds than conventional thrust cylindrical roller bearings while maintaining excellent performance and durability.
