BX42R Wood Chipper Description:
The wood chipper comes complete with PTO. The PTO is on one side of a shear pin installed, which is used for security as a breaking point for blockages or overloads. So you can easily use even larger tractors over 100 hp. You should have at least an engine power of 30 hp. The PTO speed must be 540 - 1000 rev / min. respectively.
The hopper has a top opening of 51 x 51 cm; at the bottom of the hole has a dimension of 10.2 x 25.4 cm. , A maximum diameter of 10 cm are shredded. Softer woods can be shredded with a size of up to 25 cm, if necessary; wherein such diameter are processed into firewood in the rule and not chopped.
The processing of the BX42R is very solid; the material thicknesses of the plates used in the amount supporting region 10 and 5 mm, in the hoppers and in non-structural parts of 2 mm.
To transport the hopper can be easily folded up and secured with a cotter pin.
