Installation Method

1. Surface Preparation

   • Ensure the floor is clean, dry, smooth, and free from oil or dust.

2. Positioning & Layout

   • Mark the installation line according to design standards for tactile guidance or warning areas.

3. Adhesive Application

   • Use industrial-grade adhesive (e.g., PU glue or epoxy adhesive).

   • Apply evenly to the bottom of each tactile tile or strip.

4. Placement & Pressing

   • Place the product firmly on the designated area.

   • Apply uniform pressure to ensure full bonding with the substrate.

5. Curing & Inspection

   • Allow adhesive to cure (usually 12–24 hours depending on material and conditions).

   • Check for firm adhesion and surface alignment before opening the area to traffic.

• These tactile studs are simple to retrofit and can be used on almost any surface. For an easy safety measure, affix them in the standard blister pattern to indicate a kerb, crossing or platform edge.

• You can also use them as a handy social distancing indicator, or to mark out a pathway, seating area or other designated zone.
