Installation Process
1. Measurement and Sampling

2. Concrete Mixing
Procure materials and conduct concrete ratio experiments according to owner requirements, then mix with approved ratio.
3. Pit Excavation
Excavate according to measured positions and drawings, adjusting for bridge proximity if necessary.
4. Installation
Transport concrete and delineator posts to site, adjusting alignment to road lines for smooth, consistent placement.
5. Adjustment
Perform straightness adjustments every 10 spans to ensure coordinated alignment with guardrail lines.
Packaging & Shipping
