4. Application ofTransfer Cart
PERFECT focuses on the design and manufacture of high-performance Railway Transfer turntables. This equipment is mainly used to solve the problem of switching and connecting track flatcars between tracks in different directions. Its core function is to achieve multi-directional diversion, precise positioning and direction conversion of rail vehicles within a limited space. For instance, in the metallurgical workshop, the turntable is used to transfer the flat car loaded with steel coils from the longitudinal main road to the transverse storage track. In the large manufacturing plant area, the turntable forms the core hub of the circular logistics network, significantly enhancing the flexibility and space utilization of the rail transportation system. This device has reliable load-bearing capacity, can achieve precise positioning control, and can also be customized in design. It is an indispensable professional equipment for industrial rail logistics layout.

6. Packing and Shipping
*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container. *If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
