Motorised Rail Transfer Cart for Steel Beams Offering Stable and Precise

This is an electric track transfer vehicle specially designed for environments such as steel structure processing and heavy machinery manufacturing. Its core mission is to solve the problems of stability and positioning accuracy in long-distance and high-frequency transfer of steel beams, H-beams, and large structural components within workshops. It runs on a preset track driven by a motor, providing an efficient, reliable and space-saving "directional conveyor belt" solution for heavy and long materials.

Core configuration
Load-bearing capacity: The standard series covers from 1 ton to 300 tons, and the structure is strengthened to meet the bending and torsional characteristics of extra-long workpieces.
Drive system: AC variable frequency motor drive, achieving smooth start-up, stepless speed regulation and precise stopping.
Power supply mode: Safety sliding contact line power supply or cable drum power supply to ensure continuous operation capability.
Track system: Compatible with QU70-QU120 heavy-duty rails, providing a solid and stable driving foundation.
Countertop design: Long platform configuration (length customizable), equipped with multiple sets of adjustable V-shaped support blocks or height-adjustable saddles to accommodate steel sections of different cross-sectional dimensions, ensuring no rolling or deformation during transportation.

Core functions
Stable transportation of long pieces: The low center of gravity long platform design optimized for the length of steel sections (up to over 12 meters) is equipped with multi-point flexible supports to prevent the workpiece from twisting and shaking.
Precise alignment: Through frequency conversion control, precise parking within ±3mm can be achieved, facilitating connection with equipment.
Remote control/line control operation: Equipped with a handheld controller, the operator can walk along the vehicle or remotely control it. The view is clear and the safety is high.
High reliability: The mechanical structure is simple and sturdy, with strong environmental adaptability and low maintenance costs.

Security configuration
Operation safety: Anti-collision buffer blocks are installed at both ends, and it is equipped with sound and light alarms and emergency stop buttons.
Electrical safety: The system is equipped with overload, phase loss, short circuit and other protections, and the sliding contact line is fitted with a protective cover.
Workpiece anti-rolling: The support block is equipped with a lateral limit device, and safety baffles can be installed at key workstations.

Customized function
Customized capacity: The length, width, and layout and form of support points of the platform can be customized as needed.
Function expansion: It can be equipped with a lateral movement mechanism to achieve cross-track transfer. Or integrate a weighing system.

*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
