Saddle design: High-strength alloy steel forged V-shaped or arc-shaped saddle, with wear-resistant and impact-resistant liners on the surface, and equipped with adaptive adjustment blocks to match different roll diameters and inner diameters.
Hydraulic system: Load-sensing intelligent hydraulic system, multi-cylinder high-precision synchronous lifting (synchronization accuracy ≤±2mm), with pressure holding and slow release functions.
Power and Drive: High-power hydrostatic drive or electric drive system, providing low-speed and high-torque traction. Optional four-wheel independent steering.
Control system: Integrated intelligent controller, real-time monitoring of load weight, center of gravity offset, hydraulic pressure and vehicle posture.

Core functions
Active stable transportation: The hydraulic system can automatically fine-tune the saddle posture according to the slight slope of the road surface and the vehicle acceleration, dynamically compensating for possible minor deformations and displacements of the steel coil to ensure absolute stability.
Non-destructive clamping and lifting: The intelligent hydraulic system provides a smooth and shock-free lifting force, which perfectly fits with the saddle surface to prevent surface damage to the rolls (especially high-end thin plate rolls).
Ultra-low pressure design: By means of multi-axis and multi-wheel sets (up to 16 wheels or more), the huge load is evenly distributed, and the ground pressure is less than 15 tons per square meter, protecting the expensive floor.
Safety self-locking and monitoring: During transportation, the hydraulic system automatically locks. When the real-time monitoring data is abnormal (such as sudden pressure drop, center of gravity deviation), an alarm is immediately triggered and a protective stop is executed.

Security configuration
Three-level anti-tipping and anti-rolling: Mechanical saddle guard arm + hydraulic automatic locking device + electronic anti-overturning monitoring system.
Driving safety: 360° panoramic monitoring and radar anti-collision, electronic braking and mechanical parking brake redundancy, emergency manual pressure relief valve.
Structural safety: The frame and saddle undergo finite element analysis (FEA) and fatigue testing, and key welds are subject to non-destructive testing.

Transplanting function: It can be integrated with a lateral movement or rotating platform to achieve direct alignment with the uncoiler without transplanting.
Fully autonomous driving: It can be upgraded to laser navigation and linked with the warehouse management system to achieve fully unmanned operation from picking up rolls at designated stack positions and transporting them to the production line.
