A rail-mounted electric transfer vehicle specially designed for industrial heavy-duty logistics, with a core carrying capacity of up to 130 tons. It offers a stable, efficient and easy-to-integrate solution for heavy and high-frequency in-plant fixed-point transportation, especially suitable for heavy manufacturing and the steel industry, for reliable transfer of bulk industrial raw materials, semi-finished products or heavy steel coils on fixed track lines.

Load capacity: Rated 130 tons, high structural safety factor, capable of handling impact loads.

Drive system: High-power AC variable frequency motor drive, providing smooth starting, braking and precise speed control.

Power supply mode: Standard safety sliding contact line continuous power supply is provided. Low-voltage track power supply or cable drum power supply can be selected.

Track system: Compatible with QU100 and above heavy-duty rails to ensure a stable foundation.

Countertop configuration: Standard heavy-duty flat plate, optional V-shaped saddle or adjustable coil bracket, specially optimized for steel coil transportation.

Emergency braking: Equipped with electromagnetic braking and mechanical parking brake (handbrake).

*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
