Transport Platform (AGV)

Drive and guidance: Driven by a servo motor, it runs closely along the track through a sturdy guide wheel set and will never deviate. The running speed is adjustable.
Power supply mode: Safety sliding contact line power supply is preferred to achieve continuous operation. It can also be powered by a large-capacity battery, which is suitable for areas where wiring is not advisable.
Positioning accuracy: Relying on physical tracks, the docking repeatability accuracy can reach ±3mm, meeting the high-precision docking requirements with shearing machines, stamping machines, assembly tables, etc.

Synchronized with production rhythm: It can automatically call for empty vehicles and issue transportation instructions based on the production rhythm of upstream equipment, ensuring that the logistics rhythm perfectly matches the production rhythm.
Security configuration
Level 3 physical protection: Front-end laser scanner (for detecting distant obstacles), vehicle body buffer anti-collision strip (contact protection), emergency stop button.
Track safety design: Guard rails are installed on curves, and turnouts are equipped with mechanical locking and position detection to prevent vehicles from derailing or mistakenly entering.
System-level security: The vehicle is equipped with sound and light alarms, and the dispatching system has anti-collision deadlock logic and the function of one-click suspension of all vehicles in emergency situations.
Customized function
Customized vehicle height: It can be equipped with various tooling such as V-shaped saddle (coil), power roller table (pallet), C-shaped hook (body), flat plate (mold), etc.

Manufacturing Process
CNC Cutting
Transport the steel plate from raw material warehouse to CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After the cutting, the workers will do some simple processing such as chip moving and setting out.
Preliminary Assembling
Put the cut steel plate together according to the design drawing
Welding
Weld the steel plate with automatic welding machine after the preliminary assembling
Post weld treatment
Test the welding section after the welding, polish and burring. Post weld treatment to eliminate welding stress
Spray Primer
Transport the structure part after processing to painting booth for spraying primer. The main component of the primer is zinc rich epoxy antirust paint. The primer is to two layers
Assembling
Assemble the structure parts after spraying primer with wheels, motors and gear box, etc.
Paint finish
Transport the assembled cart to painting booth, inspect the integrity of primer. After that paint the finish
Debugging
Debugging the cart after painting the finish with electric control system, after the debugging, the cart will test without load. And after the no load test, the cart will be tested with load. After the inspection, the cart will be transported to storage area.
