This product is a heavy-duty and highly mobile material handling equipment specially designed for modern workshop interiors and terminal scenarios such as ports and docks. It adopts a unique "leapfrog" design, allowing the vehicle body to cross goods or tracks and directly perform loading and unloading operations at the target location, greatly reducing the reliance on fixed tracks and complex handling equipment. The equipment is equipped with an advanced radio remote control system, allowing operators to precisely control it from a safe distance. It is particularly suitable for scenarios with limited space and efficient processes, such as logistics transfer, production line connection, and cargo storage yards.

Load capacity: The standard models range from 10 tons to 60 tons, and higher loads can be customized according to requirements.

Power supply mode: Powered by a high-efficiency lithium battery pack, it supports two energy replenishment modes: fast charging and battery swapping, meeting the endurance requirements of different operation intensities. An optional automatic energy recovery system is available to enhance energy efficiency.

Drive and movement: Four-wheel independent servo motor drive, combined with heavy-duty universal wheels or custom steel wheels. It features multiple modes such as straight driving, sideways driving, diagonal driving and turning in place, with extremely high mobility.

Control system: Industrial-grade wireless remote control with a backpack, ensuring stable and reliable control. It is equipped with an intelligent controller to provide the control core for the entire vehicle.

Vehicle body structure: High-strength box beam steel structure is adopted, and the key load-bearing parts are reinforced in design. The surface has undergone shot blasting for rust removal and heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating to ensure durability in complex industrial environments.

Lifting and fine-tuning: Integrated hydraulic lifting system, and capable of achieving high-precision synchronous lifting of multiple cylinders (dynamic error can be controlled within the millimeter level), ensuring the stability of the goods.

Intelligent interaction: An optional in-vehicle intelligent terminal can be equipped to display information such as battery level, speed, and fault diagnosis.

Security configuration

Triple safety protection: Mechanical anti-collision strips, electrical emergency stop buttons, and remote control emergency stop form multiple layers of insurance.

Intelligent early warning system: Equipped with 360° panoramic monitoring and radar/ultrasonic anti-collision system, it can provide real-time early warning of obstacles and people approaching in blind spots.

Electrical safety: The electronic control system is equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, over-temperature and phase loss protection.

4.Manufacturing process of warehouse transportation vehicle

CNC Cutting
Transport the steel plate from raw material warehouse to CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After the cutting, the workers will do some simple processing such as chip moving and setting out.
Preliminary Assembling
Put the cut steel plate together according to the design drawing
Welding
Weld the steel plate with automatic welding machine after the preliminary assembling
Post weld treatment
Test the welding section after the welding, polish and burring. Post weld treatment to eliminate welding stress
Spray Primer
Transport the structure part after processing to painting booth for spraying primer. The main component of the primer is zinc rich epoxy antirust paint. The primer is to two layers
Assembling
Assemble the structure parts after spraying primer with wheels, motors and gear box, etc.
Paint finish
Transport the assembled cart to painting booth, inspect the integrity of primer. After that paint the finish
Debugging
Debugging the cart after painting the finish with electric control system, after the debugging, the cart will test without load. And after the no load test, the cart will be tested with load. After the inspection, the cart will be transported to storage area.

6.Packaging&Shipping

*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
