This is a multi-functional integrated material handling equipment specially designed for mold manufacturing, maintenance and usage factories. It combines the flexibility of battery power with the strong load-bearing capacity of hydraulic lifting, aiming to solve the problem of efficient, safe and non-damaging transfer and precise positioning of heavy molds, mold bases, workpieces and raw materials among various workstations in the workshop (such as machining centers, mold closing areas, and storage areas) in mold factories. It is a core tool for improving mold circulation efficiency and reducing labor risks.

Core configuration

Power system: Powered by a large-capacity industrial lithium battery pack, zero emissions, unrestricted movement range, and supports fast charging/battery swapping.

Lifting system: Integrated hydraulic lifting system, with lifting capacity ranging from 5 tons to 300 tons, and lifting stroke up to 300-600mm.

Walking drive: DC traction motor or hydrostatic drive, providing low speed and high torque, ensuring smooth walking.

Control method: Wireless remote control is the main method, and wired flashlight switch is optional. The operation is flexible and safe.

Load-bearing platform: Heavy-duty steel structure platform, with anti-slip steel plates laid on the surface or T-slots opened for easy fixation of workpieces.

Core functions

Flexible cable-free handling: Battery-powered, it completely breaks free from the constraints of drag cables, allowing for free movement along any path within the workshop. It is especially suitable for mold factories with dense equipment and limited space.

Heavy-duty precise lifting: The hydraulic system provides a smooth and powerful lifting force, enabling molds or workpieces weighing from several tons to tens of tons to be lifted to an accurate height smoothly and without impact, facilitating connection with worktables, press worktables or transport vehicles.

Multi-functionality in one vehicle: By replacing simple fixtures (such as spacers and modular brackets), it can adapt to the transportation of molds of different sizes and shapes, thereby enhancing equipment utilization.

Micro-movement and positioning: Equipped with an extremely low-speed crawling gear, it is convenient to precisely push the mold into the worktable of the press or machining center.

Security configuration

Lifting safety: The hydraulic system is equipped with a mechanical lock valve to prevent accidental descent. Equipped with an overload protection device.

Driving safety: Both the remote control and the vehicle body are equipped with emergency stop buttons. Low battery automatic speed limit/alarm; Sound and light warning.

Structural safety: Low center of gravity design to prevent rollover; Fences or blocks should be placed around the platform to prevent workpieces from sliding off.

Customized function

Platform customization: Customizable rotating platforms, side-shifting functions or platforms with Angle tilting are available for flipping and centering molds.

Specialized tooling: It can be equipped with mold-specific saddles, vacuum suction cups (for large flat molds) or automatic positioning pins.

Mold assembly and maintenance area: Transfer and lifting positioning of heavy-duty molds between the assembly table, inspection table and maintenance area.

Raw materials and semi-finished products warehouse: In-warehouse handling and stacking of large die steel billets and semi-finished die frames.

*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
