Product Description

A．Manual functions

■Manually save the records to the data base.

■The data communication can be done through the PC software and the loss tester in the process of testing.

■The testing project can be selected by the button, only one testing task can be operated at the same time.

■All the testing functions and process are controlled by the button in the front panel of the test bench.

B．Full automatic functions

■The PC software can control the process with mouse and keyboard during the testing.

■The testing data can be automatically recorded and saved in the data base.

■The button in the front panel can be invalid while operating automatically.

■The testing project can be selected by the button in the dialog box, only one task can be operated at the same time.

■The temperature will be recorded automatically during no-load or load testing.

■The constant power and current can be controlled automatically during the temperature-rise testing. The temperature can be recorded for every 15 seconds(or other optional interval).

■The testing results such as insulation resistance can be recorded manually to update the test report.

■The testing result will be calibrated according to the latest standard requirements such as GB1094,IEC 60076 or ANSI C57.

■The data can be saved automatically when the experiment is complete, and the test report can be printed immediately.

■The test data can be calculated automatically during the temperature-rise test.

■The waveform calibration, rated voltage calibration and frequency calibration (50HZ,60HZ) can be automatically run against the no-load testing data.

■The temperature calibration can be run against the testing data(75℃,100℃,120℃,145℃), the rated current and frequency can also be calibrated.

■High side voltage can be monitored, recorded and frequency spectrum analyzed during no-load testing.

■Low side voltage can be monitored, recorded and frequency spectrum analyzed during load testing.
