The YDJ Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Device is an integrated high-voltage testing system designed to evaluate the insulation strength of electrical equipment, components, and insulating materials. The complete system consists of a Transformer Control Cabinet/Console and a High-Voltage Test Transformer, which can be flexibly configured according to different testing requirements.
The equipment supports power-frequency AC withstand voltage tests and DC high-voltage tests, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in power utilities, electrical manufacturing plants, industrial and mining enterprises, research institutions, railways, and high-voltage testing laboratories.
A Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Set is designed to apply a specified AC voltage at power frequency to electrical equipment for insulation withstand testing. It is mainly used to assess whether the insulation system can withstand the required test voltage without breakdown or flashover. A complete system generally consists of a high-voltage test transformer and a control unit, with the configuration customized according to the required test voltage, capacity, and application.
The test set is widely used for AC withstand voltage testing of transformers, CTs and PTs, bushings, insulators, switchgear, power cables, and other high-voltage electrical equipment.
