Product Overview
Off-the-shelf impulse generators do not always fit existing factory infrastructure, load characteristics, or automation protocols. This OEM/ODM program provides customized lightning impulse voltage generators and impulse current generators built to specification: voltage levels, energy ratings, waveform parameters, physical dimensions, control interfaces, and safety interlocks. Engineering support includes load analysis, waveform simulation, and integration with existing PLC or SCADA systems.
Test Functions (Configurable)
Lightning impulse voltage: 50 kV to 800 kV, 1.2/50 μs
Lightning impulse current: 5 kA to 50 kA, 8/20 μs or 10/350 μs
Switching impulse: 250/2500 μs (optional)
