200kV Lightning Impulse Voltage Generator with Dry-Type Capacitors
Product Description
The Lightning Impulse Voltage Generator Test System is intended for full-wave lightning impulse voltage tests on electrical products rated 10kV and below. It also supports impulse withstand tests on porcelain insulators, glass insulators, composite silicone rubber insulators, and synthetic insulating materials.
Equipment Components
The generator uses a compact main circuit design based on the Swiss HAEFELY SGSC series. Each main capacitor has a capacitance of 1.0 ± 0.05 μF, a DC operating voltage of ±100 kV, and an inherent inductance below 0.2 μH.
The wave-shaping assembly includes one group of wavefront resistors, one group of wavetail resistors for lightning impulse generation, and charging and protective resistors. The resistors are designed with sufficient thermal capacity for extended continuous operation.
The complete system also includes an automatic control system, a high-voltage triggering system, and an automatic grounding and safety interlock system.
