The automatic coil winding machine automates the winding process, enabling efficient and precise production of coils with consistent quality. This kind of automatic coil winding machine can wind two coils simultaneously and the maximum height of each coil can reach 300mm. The automatic coil winding machine is provided with servo motor to drive the wire guide, which makes the machine lay the wire precisely and automatically. With PLC control system, the automatic coil winding machine can wind the copper or aluminium wire automatically after presetting the corresponding parameters though the touch screen. The foot pedal of the automatic coil winding machine can be used not only to start or stop the machine, but also to switch the rotating direction of the automatic coil winding machine. The coil winding machine features slow starting, smooth running, big torque and high automation etc.
