Transformer foil winding machine BRJ1400-2 is a professional device for precisely and efficiently winding transformer coils with foil conductors. The transformer foil winding machine can be used to winding both copper and aluminium foil. With two foil decoilers and two insulation decoilers, the transformer foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of foil conductors and wind one or two layers of insulation paper. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with a TIG welding unit, which can be used to weld foil and bus bar together. With PLC control system and HMI, the transformer foil winding machine features slow starting, smooth running and easy operation.
