Transformer coil winding machine ZPX1400 is one kind of heavy duty winding equipment for winding different specifications of coils. The wound coils can be used in transformers and other similar products. The transformer coil winding machine adopts automatic wire laying technology, which guarantees the wire wound compactly and neatly. The transformer coil winding machine is also provided with a servo motor to drive the wire guide. The winding shaft is driven by one 7.5kw motor, which providing enough torque to wind copper or aluminium wire. One potentiometer on the board is used to adjust the rotating speed of the transformer coil winding machine. The rotating direction of the winding shaft can be switched through the foot pedal. The coloured touch screen is used to provide a user friendly interface to input all the parameters. It is very easy to operate the transformer coil winding machine.
