Transformer winding machine is an essential piece of industrial equipment designed to coil conductive wire, such as copper wire or aluminum wire. With a wire guide driven by a servo motor, the transformer coil winding machine can laying the wire automatically when winding the wire. The transformer winding machine adopts a 7.5KW motor to provide enough torque to wind copper or aluminium wire. The winding speed can be adjusted through one potentiometer on the board. With a foot pedal, the rotating direction of the winding shaft can be switched when needing. With a control system based on PLC, the transformer coil winding machine can be operated easily.
