BRJ800-2-2 Automatic Copper Foil Winding Machine is a high-precision, industrial-grade coil winding equipment specially designed for winding reactor coils, transformer coils and various low-medium voltage inductance coil products. Optimized for industrial mass production, this dual-chuck foil winding machine supports simultaneous dual-layer foil and insulation paper winding, compatible with both copper foil and aluminum foil processing. Equipped with professional TIG welding system and PLC intelligent control system, it delivers stable operation, high winding uniformity and outstanding production efficiency, widely applied in power equipment, new energy, electrical engineering and related industries. Different from ordinary single-function winding devices, the BRJ800-2-2 reactor coil winder features dual foil decoilers and dual insulation decoilers, realizing one-time molding of double-layer conductive foil and insulating structure. With soft start, smooth operation and high torque output, the foil winding machine effectively avoids foil deformation, winding dislocation and loose layer defects, ensuring consistent coil quality for batch production.
Wide Compatibility & Customization: Supports foil width from 200mm to 800mm, compatible with round, rectangular and oval coil shapes. Fits 0.2~2.0mm copper foil and 0.3~3.0mm aluminum foil, meeting diverse coil production requirements.
Intelligent Precision Control: Equipped with PLC full-automatic control system and photoelectric edge alignment system, achieving accurate positioning and error-free winding. The counting range covers 0~9999.9 turns, ensuring precise winding turn control.
Stable & Durable Operation: 11KW high-power winding motor provides stable high torque output. The machine runs smoothly with soft start and stable speed regulation (0~24rpm), no jitter or sudden stop, protecting foil materials from damage.
Integrated TIG Welding System: Built-in professional TIG welding device ensures firm, smooth and beautiful coil terminal welding, no virtual welding or solder overflow, guaranteeing excellent electrical conductivity of finished coils.
