The JJ-BRJ600-2 foil winding machine is a cost-effective, user-friendly foil winding machine, which is specially designed for transformer foil winding applications. Featuring a simplified and compact structural design, this kind of foil winding machine delivers stable and reliable winding performance while lowering procurement and operation costs, making it an ideal choice for different sized transformer production.
Capable of winding one or two layers of copper or aluminum foil with a maximum width of 600mm, the foil winding machine supports synchronous winding of insulating paper and foil materials to meet basic transformer insulation and winding process requirements. It is equipped with a manual mechanical rectification system to ensure precise foil alignment during operation. The foot pedal control enables convenient start/stop operation and forward/reverse rotation switching. With soft start function and smooth operation performance, the machine boasts simple operation, low failure rate and high working stability.
