1. Product Overview
The BRJ1200-4 high-effective copper foil winding machine is an industrial-grade, multi-layer automatic winding equipment specially developed for low voltage transformer coil manufacturing. Supporting up to four layers of synchronous foil winding and dual-layer insulation paper laying, this machine adapts to both copper foil and aluminum foil coil production. Equipped with a 30KW high-power motor, pneumatic tension control system, photoelectric automatic deviation correction and precision TIG welding unit, it realizes fully automated, stable and high-precision coil winding. Different from ordinary double-layer winding devices, the BRJ1200-4 model upgrades to four-station foil decoiling structure, greatly improving single-batch production efficiency. With PLC intelligent control and 10-inch touch screen operation, it supports forward/reverse rotation switching and anti-reverse pressing function, effectively solving common industry problems such as loose winding, foil deviation, material rebound and inaccurate turns counting. It is the ideal core equipment for mass production of low-voltage transformer coils and power electrical coils.

4-Layer Synchronous Winding Capacity: Supports simultaneous winding of 4-layer copper/aluminum foil and 2-layer insulation paper, realizing one-step coil forming, greatly boosting production efficiency and reducing manual working procedures.
Wide Foil Material Compatibility: Fits 0.2–2.0mm thick copper foil and 0.3–3.0mm thick aluminum foil, with a maximum processing foil width of 1200mm, meeting the production demands of various large-size low-voltage coils.
Pneumatic Constant Tension System: Configured with 4 sets of pneumatic tension foil decoilers and 2 sets of pneumatic brake insulation decoilers. It provides stable and uniform tension throughout the winding process to avoid foil loosening, wrinkling and layered gaps.
Intelligent Automatic Deviation Correction: Built-in high-precision photoelectric edge alignment sensors, which automatically monitor and rectify foil deviation in real time during operation, ensuring neat and consistent winding layers without offset.
Anti-Reverse & Stable Braking Design: Equipped with professional pressing rollers. It effectively locks the foil position when the machine stops, preventing material rebound, displacement and loose coil edges to guarantee finished coil flatness.
High-Power & High-Stability Configuration: Adopts 30KW high-torque dedicated winding motor, providing strong and stable power output for large-diameter and heavy-load coil winding, suitable for long-term continuous industrial operation.
Precision TIG Welding System: Matched with professional TIG welding unit to complete coil terminal welding. The welding seam is smooth, firm and free of virtual welding, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity and insulation performance of finished coils.
Humanized Easy Operation: Adopts PLC full digital control system and 10-inch intuitive touch screen for parameter setting and real-time monitoring. Equipped with foot pedal switch to freely control coil rotating direction, simple and flexible for operator use.
