Integrated Splicing & Finishing: Comes standard with a built-in TIG Arc Welder for high-quality, continuous conductor splicing, alongside a Foil Edge Deburring Unit and a Cleaning Unit to eliminate burrs and particles before winding.
Smart Tension & Control System: Driven by a robust Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), PLC system, and intuitive touch screen, giving operators effortless command over speeds up to 200 rpm.
Heavy-Duty Load Capacity: Designed with a massive mandrel torque of 1800 N·m, allowing it to support finished wound coils weighing up to 1500 kg.
