The FZT-3T Automatic Hydraulic Stacking Table is a premium workshop solution specifically engineered for assembling and handling transformer iron cores.
With a robust 3,000 kg (3 Tons) load capacity, this platform allows operators to stack core laminations horizontally with ease. Once stacking is complete, the integrated hydraulic system smoothly tilts the entire assembly up to 90°, allowing overhead cranes or lifting equipment to safely and effortlessly remove the finished core. This equipment significantly reduces labor intensity, protects core geometry, and enhances assembly efficiency.
Smooth Hydraulic Tilting: Powered by a heavy-duty hydraulic station, the table transitions seamlessly from 0° to 90° without jerking, ensuring the integrity of the stacked core.
Stepless Speed Regulation: Features an adjustable tilting speed (up to 90°/min), allowing operators to precisely control the turnover process based on the weight and size of the core.
Flexible Column Design: The distance between supporting columns is fully adjustable, enabling the table to accommodate various transformer core dimensions.
