Featuring advanced automation and a user-friendly interface, the ZJX1250 significantly boosts production efficiency while ensuring flawless edge quality.
High-Efficiency Multi-Slitting: Equipped with 6 sets of premium cutters as standard, the system can slit up to 5 strips simultaneously in a single pass.
Scalable and Flexible Tooling: The number of cutters can be easily increased or adjusted upon request to produce narrower strips and accommodate diverse production needs.
Variable Speed Control: The slitting speed is fully adjustable, allowing operators to optimize throughput based on material thickness and operational requirements.
Superior Edge Quality: Delivers clean cuts with a minimal burr height of ≤0.02 mm, preserving the magnetic properties of the silicon steel.
