The ZPT-5T Amorphous Transformer Core Stacking Table is a professional, high-capacity assembly platform specifically engineered for stacking and positioning amorphous alloy transformer cores and similar high-precision electrical steel laminations.
Designed for heavy-duty applications, this system features a robust hydraulic lifting and 90-degree tilting mechanism capable of handling up to 5,000 kg (5 Tons). The integration of high-precision linear guides ensures smooth, stable movements, protecting sensitive amorphous cores from distortion or damage during the turnover process.
High Loading Capacity: Built to support large-scale transformer manufacturing, with a rated lifting and tilting capacity of up to 5,000 kg.
Dual-Function Hydraulic System: Driven by a powerful 21MPa hydraulic station, providing steady force for both precise height adjustment (500mm stroke) and smooth 90° rotation.
Amorphous Core Optimization: Engineered to accommodate lap core stacking layouts for transformers ranging from 30kVA to 2000kVA.
Ergonomic Handheld Controller: Equipped with a flexible, handheld remote control unit, allowing operators to monitor and adjust the platform safely from the best vantage point.
Stable Linear Guidance: Heavy-duty linear guide rails guarantee strict parallelism and zero jerking during lifting and tilting operations.
