BRJ300-2 Cold Pressure Welding Foil Winding Machine for Dry Transformer Coils
BRJ300-2 dry transformer foil winding machine integrates cold pressure welding unit for foil and busbar joint. This kind of foil winding machine supports 1 or 2 layers of copper/aluminum foil plus insulation paper, PLC and 10-inch touchscreen control, customizable specs.
The BRJ300-2 dry transformer foil winding machine is built for manufacturing foil coils for dry-type transformers and comparable electrical wound components. The foil winding machine supports winding with one or two conductor foil layers (copper or aluminum), paired with 1 or 2 layers of insulation paper as required by coil design. This foil winding machine comes fitted with an integrated cold pressure welding assembly, designed to join conductor foil and bus bars reliably without thermal damage to the material. Operators use the foot pedal to start, stop, and toggle rotation direction conveniently. The foil winding machine delivers soft start, stable winding performance and straightforward operation for workshop production.
