The ZPX1400 heavy-duty automatic coil winder is purpose-built for transformer and electromagnetic coil fabrication. Compatible with copper and aluminum conductors, the coil winding machine handles both round wire and rectangular flat wire to satisfy diverse transformer production requirements. This winding unit adopts a reliable PLC and HMI touchscreen control architecture, delivering straightforward parameter setup and intuitive operation for your workshop team. Operators can adjust rotation speed conveniently via the potentiometer integrated on the display panel, featuring stepless speed regulation ranging from 0 to 60 rpm. A key advantage of the ZPX1400 coil winding machine is its soft slow-start function. This design prevents sudden tension spikes on conductors and insulation materials, protecting wire integrity and guaranteeing stable, vibration-free operation during long production runs. It outputs consistent high torque and maintains excellent winding precision, ideal for manufacturing large, heavy transformer coils. It comes equipped with one insulation decoiler to streamline insulation laying during winding. The built-in 5-digit turn counter supports preset winding turns up to 9999.9, helping you standardize coil specs and cut manual counting errors. We support custom engineering beyond the listed standard parameters. Modifications can be made to match your unique coil dimensions and production workflow.
