HJX600-LLB Step Lap Core Cutter Introduction
Model HJX600-LLB core cutting machine is an automatic silicon steel cutting machine specially engineered for transformer core production, designed to process silicon steel strips up to 600 mm in width. This professional double-shear and double-punch core cutting equipment fabricates transformer core laminations with full miter joints, half miter joints and straight joints. The finished laminations are compatible with transformers of various capacity and dimension specifications. All core motions including material feeding, punching and shearing are driven by high-precision servo motors. It delivers outstanding dimensional accuracy and high-level automation for stable, consistent lamination output.
