The JJ-BRJ600-2 foil winding machine is an economical and user-friendly winding solution built for transformer foil coil manufacturing. The foil winding machine adopts a simplified, compact structural layout to deliver stable and reliable winding performance while lowering procurement and operational expenditure, which makes it a practical selection for transformer manufacturers of all scales. This foil winding machine supports single or dual-layer winding of copper or aluminium foil with a maximum foil width of 600mm. The foil winding machine can wind foil and insulation paper synchronously to meet basic insulation and winding requirements for standard transformer coils. It is fitted with a manual mechanical rectification mechanism to maintain good foil alignment throughout winding cycles. Operators can use the foot pedal to start, stop and toggle forward/reverse rotation conveniently. With soft start function and steady running performance, the foil winding machine is easy to operate, boasts low failure rate and reliable working stability.
