Optimized for large-size amorphous iron core production, this lap core stacking equipment integrates precise linear guide movement and high-pressure hydraulic lifting & tilting functions to complete accurate core stacking, coil assembly and 90° core turnover. Equipped with an independent hydraulic station and portable handheld controller, the ZPT-5T amorphous transformer core stacking table delivers stable output, simple operation and reliable safety performance. With a maximum loading capacity of 5000kg, it perfectly meets the stacking demands of large amorphous transformers. All structural and dimensional parameters can be customized to match different production line requirements.

The ZPT-5T lap core stacking table is specially designed for large-size amorphous transformer core lap stacking and assembly. It is widely used in dry-type and oil-immersed amorphous transformer manufacturing workshops, covering core stacking, lap joint calibration, coil assembly and core flipping demoulding procedures.
