The Pilot Wire Hydraulic Conductor Drum Stand (SIPZ-5H / SIPZ-7H, Item No. 15151-15152) is a hydraulic drum support built for pilot wire and conductor reel handling in transmission line construction. It accepts reels of Φ1250-2500mm diameter and up to 1400mm width, with a maximum reel weight of 5000-7000kg. Driven payoff is supported by a working torque of 1200-2000N.m at up to 45rpm, helping crews feed pilot wire smoothly during stringing operations. The hydraulic lifting mechanism raises and stabilizes the loaded drum, while the Φ76 axle and 13m hydraulic tube length suit standard site layouts.
