The Insulated Hoisting Tackle is a specialized lifting pulley designed for energized line work, overhead transmission line construction, power distribution maintenance, and utility installation projects. Compared with conventional steel pulley blocks, this insulated model adopts high-strength insulated nylon sheaves to reduce electrical conductivity risks while providing smooth rope movement during lifting and pulling operations.
The product is suitable for lifting insulators, hardware fittings, conductors, grounding accessories, stringing tools, and other transmission line components. It is widely used by electric utilities, EPC contractors, transmission line construction companies, and maintenance teams.
Available in single sheave, double sheave, and customized multi-sheave configurations, the Insulated Hoisting Tackle can be supplied with hook, shackle, swivel eye, or customized connection fittings to meet different field requirements.
The sheaves are manufactured from wear-resistant insulated nylon material with excellent mechanical strength and smooth rope contact surfaces. The design helps minimize conductor and rope abrasion during lifting operations.
