1)Features of Transmission Gear Shaft

Modern gear shaft design no longer relies on a single rod-like structure, but increasingly adopts an integrated ‘gear-shaft’ configuration where the shaft is formed as a single unit with the gear. This reduces connection points and enhances overall rigidity.
Through topology optimisation and finite element analysis, material is removed from non-critical areas whilst maintaining strength, achieving weight reduction. This lowers rotational inertia and improves system response speed.

2)Functions of Transmission Gear Shaft
