From the perspective of manufacturing process upgrades, helical gears are precision-machined components produced

to reduce surface roughness.
Parameters such as tooth profile error and cumulative pitch error are verified using coordinate measuring machines
and gear measuring centres to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Process optimisation ultimately achieves stable mass production.
Suitable for high-end equipment demanding stringent manufacturing precision, including high-speed helical gears for aero-engines,
spindle helical gears for precision CNC machine tools, helical gears for high-speed rail traction gearboxes,
and high-precision helical gears for new energy vehicle drive axles.
