1) Description of Double Helical Gear
From the perspective of installation convenience and maintenance cost, double helical gear is a gear component with high tolerance

3) Working Principle
During the installation process, even if there is a slight axis parallelism error, the symmetrical teeth of the double helical gear
can adapt to small deviations through elastic deformation to ensure the meshing stability; In long-term use, the uniform force distribution
makes the wear rate of the gear teeth consistent, and only routine inspection of tooth surface wear and lubrication status is required during maintenance.
