The 80G Ultra-High Frequency Radar Level Meter operates in the 76-81GHz range using Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar technology, supporting both four-wire and two-wire applications. It is available in various specifications, with a maximum range of up to 120 meters and a minimal blind spot of just 5 cm. Due to its higher operating frequency and shorter wavelength, it is particularly suitable for solid applications. The device operates by transmitting and receiving electromagnetic waves through a lens, offering advantages in high dust and extreme temperature environments (up to +200°C). It is ideal for water treatment industries, storage tanks for acids, bases, and additives in various industrial sectors, or for measuring levels through plastic container walls. The instrument can be easily installed using either flanged or threaded connections.

Working Principle
The 80G Radar Level Meter employs Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) technology. The antenna emits a high-frequency, frequency-modulated radar signal, with the frequency of the radar signal increasing linearly. The transmitted radar signal, after being reflected by the medium, is received by the same antenna. At the same moment, the frequency difference between the transmitted and received signals is directly proportional to the distance measured. The frequency difference signal is processed using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to obtain the spectrum of the reflected echo, which is then used to calculate the distance to the target object.
