Decription
MF4600 series mass flow meters are made with proprietary MEMS sensing technology. MF4600 series gas mass flow meters are all made of micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensing chips, which are suitable for all kinds of clean and dry gases. The MF4600 has a gas path structure similar to a rotameter, but the flowmeter has a clear and intuitive LED display that can display real-time flow and cumulative total. The MF4600 outputs mass flow directly and does not require temperature and pressure compensation.
