Product Description
The magnetic flap level gauge is widely used for level measurement and control in industries such as power,petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, shipping, construction, and food. The product operates based on the buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the gauge's main tube follows suit. The permanent magnet in the float couples magnetically to the magnetic flap indicator, driving the red and white flaps to rotate 180°. As the level rises, the flaps change from white to red; as it falls, they change from red to white. The red-white boundary on the indicator shows the actual liquid level inside the container, providing clear level indication. The product offers high sealing, leak prevention, and safe, reliable level measurement under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosion conditions.
Product Features
It provides full-range measurement without blind spots, with clear, intuitive display and large measurement range. Equipped with level alarm or control switches, it enables upper/lower limit alarms and control for level or interface. When equipped with a level transmitter, it can convert the level or interface signal into a two-wire 4–20 mA DC standard signal for remote detection, indication, recording, and control.
