The pressure range can be optionally selected within -100kPa~600kPa.
Complies with JJG1086-2013 "Verification Regulation of Gas Piston Pressure Gauge", different from traditional oil-lubricated gas piston pressure gauges.
The valve adopts a unique design, making pressure regulation convenient.
The pressure interface is a quick-connect interface, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
An optional digital indication system for temperature, pressure and descent is available, which is convenient and efficient.
Measuring range: The nominal measuring range is consistent with the actual measuring range. Positive and negative pressure switching is convenient and quick. The piston system can be easily taken out for inspection (no need to carry the heavy main machine). It can be used as a verification piston pressure gauge for transmission and also for high-precision testing. It can be equipped with kg weights and MPa weights.
The weights adopt a basket structure with a low center of gravity and excellent stability.
The pressurization system is advanced, lightweight and durable.
Each unit is provided with a "Verification Certificate" issued by the Northwest Institute of Metrology and Testing.
Applications
The gas piston pressure gauge is a high-accuracy pressure standard instrument that uses gas as the working medium. It can measure and calibrate gauge pressure, absolute pressure, and vacuum pressure (negative pressure).The piston system of the gas piston pressure gauge is made of tungsten carbide, which ensures the piston is rust-proof, wear-resistant, and has a long service life. Compared with piston pressure gauges that use liquid as the working medium, the gas piston pressure gauge—due to the difference in working medium—features a longer piston rotation duration, higher sensitivity, better repeatability, and accurate and reliable measurement data.
