The turbine flow meter is a precision instrument designed to measure the flow rate of clean liquids and gases. It uses a multi-blade rotor mounted in the flow path. As fluid passes through the meter, the rotor spins at a speed proportional to the flow velocity. A magnetic pickup sensor converts the rotation into electrical pulses, which are then processed to display volumetric flow rate or totalized flow.
Key advantages include high accuracy (±0.5%), good repeatability, wide flow range, and fast response. The all‑stainless steel construction (SS304 or SS316L) ensures excellent corrosion resistance and durability for industrial environments.
Typical applications include water treatment, fuel dispensing (diesel, gasoline, kerosene), chemical dosing, petroleum measurement, compressed air, LPG, and natural gas monitoring. Multiple output options (4‑20mA, pulse, RS485 Modbus) allow easy integration with PLC, DCS, or flow computers.
Available in sizes from DN15 to DN500, with pressure ratings up to 25MPa and temperature ranges from -20°C to +350°C (high‑temp version). Each meter is factory calibrated and ready for installation.
