The TRCD930B-VFD Vertical Cutting Dryer is an advanced drilling waste management equipment designed to maximize oil and synthetic-based mud recovery from drilling cuttings. With a processing capacity of 30–50 T/h, it efficiently reduces oil-on-cuttings (OOC) to meet environmental discharge standards while recovering valuable drilling fluids for reuse.

Equipped with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) control system, the dryer offers adjustable rotary speed from 0–900 r/min, enabling operators to optimize performance based on cuttings condition. The 930mm basket diameter and precise 0.25–0.5mm basket gap ensure effective solids-liquid separation. The system also integrates an air knife cleaning mechanism to prevent screen blinding and maintain continuous operation.

Robustly built with a 55kW main motor, 0.55kW oil pump, and a fuel tank capacity of 60L, the TRCD930B-VFD is engineered for heavy-duty drilling operations while maintaining low maintenance and long service life.
