The Desander is a high-efficiency solids control equipment designed to remove sand-sized solid particles (typically 45–74 microns) from drilling fluids. As a critical stage in the solids control process, the desander is installed downstream of the shale shaker and upstream of finer separation equipment, ensuring effective protection of pumps, centrifuges, and drilling fluid systems.
