The TRZYQ Series Mud Gas Separator by TR SolidsControl, also known as a Gas-Buster or Poor Boy Degasser, is designed to efficiently handle gas intrusions in drilling fluids. This reliable safety equipment significantly reduces risks associated with toxic or flammable gases during oil and gas drilling operations.
Available in standard-pressure and pressure auto-control types, TRZYQ separators quickly separate and safely discharge harmful gases, ensuring safe drilling conditions. The separator efficiently enlarges the mud surface area, allowing effective gas removal. Gas-free drilling fluid returns safely into circulation, while separated gas is vented securely to designated combustion areas.
