The TRZYQ Series Mud Gas Separator, also known as a gas-buster or poor boy degasser, effectively separates and removes large volumes of free gas from drilling mud. Essential for handling well-control situations ("kick"), the separator forces gas through internal baffle plates, safely venting it to a flare system. Paired with our flare ignition device, it ensures continuous and safe drilling operations.

Ideal for scenarios involving significant gas intrusion, sour gas presence, or underbalanced drilling, the TRZYQ separator significantly reduces the risk of well kicks or blowouts by restoring mud density and viscosity to safe operating parameters.
